Finally - BIG developments! I was able to borrow a really good camera, and I'm glad I did. It seems that with all the devastation going on in back, they finally either hit something they weren't supposed to, or decided to take the building down for real. Whatever they decided, the entire back half of the building has caved in, and all that remains is a huge pile of rubble, which the backhoes are making short work of. Seems they've really shifted into high gear now, since (on a Saturday), I counted two huge backhoes out back, a small one in front, a crane, two forklifts, and what looked like a grader working on the side. They've really cleared (and torn up) the area to the right of the building. I guess they're making room for the extra width of the building, as indicated in the concept art. But sheez, they're finally getting to it! At the rate they're going, the demolition probably won't take too much longer. I just can't get over the back, though. It's really sad to see how the back roof has crumpled and folded over. It's not really noticeable from the front, but from Test Track it's in plain sight.
